We are not able to exercise control over services we do not supply directly, therefore we will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from:
-
any booking made directly with a service supplier by your travel agent or by yourself direct; or
-
any services which are not provided by us and which are additional to those described on this website.
We will endeavour to provide the most suitable travel arrangements to meet the particular requirement you make known to us. However, travel is an individual experience, and your preferences and opinions may vary from our own. Supply of Travel, Entertainment, Accommodation Service and Facilities

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for, and make no warranty or representation about, third party suppliers, their products and services or information provided on this site about their products and services. Many suppliers impose their own special conditions for the various products and services they offer. For example, suppliers may have rules and restrictions about the use and availability of fares, products and services, refund and cancellation policies. When Time 2 Go makes your bookings with the suppliers we are acting only as a booking agent for the suppliers.
This limitation of liability also applies irrespective of the cause, including negligence of us or a Supplier, withdrawal, cancellation or failure to provide a Product, delay, any variation in the Product, the provision of substitute Products or a change in the Supplier.
Time 2 Go Limited will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage relating to your baggage, personal possessions, health or welfare, or delays or travel disruptions unless these arise directly from the service we provide to you.

When making an online booking, you must enter details of each traveller correctly and according to their passport or other identification document. Some suppliers will deny carriage if the traveller's name varies from their booking and may cancel automatically if the traveller's name is amended. Time 2 Go has no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the incorrect entry of a traveller's name or as a result of the supplier's policies.
All prices shown on this website are per person based on two persons sharing costs, unless otherwise stated and are expressed in New Zealand dollars.
Full payment for travel arrangements made via the Time 2 Go booking engine is due at the same time as making the booking. When you are making payment via online banking transfer, payment is due within 72 hours of sending through your booking request.

Amendments and Cancellations
Any amendment to the booking is subject to the approval of the relevant Supplier and is likely to incur amendment fees. These vary widely from supplier to supplier and the time you make the amendment request.
Bookings cancelled will be charged a NZ$250 per person or NZ$500 per booking cancellation fee (whichever is greater). In addition to our fees, the Supplier may impose fees which may be up to 100% of the monies paid.
There will be no refund for cancellation once travel has commenced or for any unused services. Requests for refunds received more than 6 months after departure date will not be accepted.
The Supplier's cancellation fees will be charged according to their specific cancellation policy.
If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Some Suppliers may reserve the right to cancel or amend travel, accommodation, etc and Time 2 Go must therefore reserve similar rights to cancel or amend any holiday arrangements.
All travel providers charge amendment and cancellation fees. Time 2 Go will not take responsibility for clients who do not take out comprehensive travel Insurance cover for all bookings.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that as a minimum you insure yourself fully against cancellation, disruption, loss of luggage and personal property, and medical expenses. Your travel agent will be able to provide you with further information.
Refunds
No refunds will be made for unused services, regardless of the reason. In the event of returning a car early, the operator may provide you with a statement showing the amount of unused service. This figure is for domestic taxation purposes and does not mean a refund for the amount will be made. Where refunds for unused services are allowed, a service fee will be charged against the value of the refund. Please ensure that, when requesting a refund, you enclose copies of all relevant documentation. It can take as long as 12 weeks for refunds to be processed from the time of request.
Changes to your Flight Times
It is your responsibility to contact the airline prior to departure to ensure there is no change to the scheduled departure time.
Ticketing and Vouchers
E-tickets will be issued upon payment and completion of the booking process. In some instances, Time 2 Go may not be able to issue an e-ticket on the flights or fares selected. Bookings that cannot be issued as an e-ticket, will have to be changed to comply with e-ticket regulations, a consultant from Time 2 Go will contact you to advise on alternative options. All other travel documentation, such as hotel, car hire, transfer and tour vouchers will be e-mailed to you as an e-document. Should the travel provider issue paper vouchers, these will be emailed to you no later than 14 days prior to departure.
Non-Use of Service or Facilities
If, of your own choice, you decide not to use part or parts of the arranged services or facilities, you will not be entitled to a refund from us (provided we have carried out our service with reasonable skill and care and to your requirements) and you may not be entitled to a refund from any Supplier.
Time 2 Go Charter for Addressing Problems
In the case of any problem, it is imperative you inform the Supplier immediately in order for the Supplier to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you do not do so it may hinder the ability of the Supplier to resolve your concerns and to ensure your stay is exactly to your liking.
In the event that you should strike a problem or you are dissatisfied with some aspect of the services or facilities during the course of your trip, our recommendation is that you take the matter up directly with the supplier of the service at the time, or as soon as practicable in the circumstances. This provides the opportunity to have the matter discussed and investigated on the spot and a remedy negotiated then and there to enable you to continue enjoying your holiday. We have found from experience that it is very difficult for us to obtain redress for you once travel has been completed. If this does not work, we wish to be involved at the earliest possible moment and our commitment is that we will immediately work on resolving the issue to your satisfaction.

You acknowledge that the inclusion of links on this site is not intended as an endorsement or recommendation of any linked site or its content of such sites. Time 2 Go does not guarantee that this site or any linked site will be free from viruses, or that this web site or any linked web site will be uninterrupted.
Baggage
Airlines publish baggage allowances applicable for carriage over their own services. Allowances include cabin baggage and checked baggage. These allowances tend to be based on a weight allowance or a piece system. We recommend you check your baggage allowance carefully as you may incur a charge for the carriage of baggage in excess of their free baggage allowance. Airlines also publish baggage safety notices, which detail items that cannot be carried or can only be carried in checked baggage. Again, we recommend you ask your airline about the applicable safety requirements.
Room Bedding
Prices on this website are based on existing bedding in the room. Requests for specific bedding arrangements must be made at the time of booking but cannot be guaranteed. For example, twin share may consist of two single beds, or a shared double bed.

We reserve the right to substitute different models. If a vehicle is returned prior to the end of the reserved rental period, or if the vehicle is picked up later than the reserved date, no refund will be made for the unused rental days. A credit card imprint may be required upon collection as a bond.
Booking Arrangements
All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Any verbal or written quote given is an estimate only and can only be confirmed when the reservation is confirmed and paid in full.
Monies Not Held On Trust
All monies paid by you to us will be the property of Time 2 Go and will be a debt due and payable to the travel service provider once the services to which the money relates have been provided. You agree and acknowledge that such monies will not be held by Time 2 Go on trust for and on behalf of you and Time 2 Go may hold such monies in any account as it sees fit, including with its own and/or other customer monies.
